花粉管通道法转基因棉花后代的遗传特性

摘    要:利用花粉管通道法获得的转基因棉花,随着自交繁殖代数的增加,转基因植株与非转基因植株的分离比例,不符合孟德尔遗传规律,遗传分离比例变化较大,存在着遗传分离多样性,而且有的遗传不稳定.

Abstract:The pollen tube pathway access to transgenic cotton,and self-propagation algebra with the increase in transgenic plants and non-transgenic plants separation ratio was not consistent with Mendelian inheritance of genetic changes larger proportion of separation.There was a separation of genetic diversity,and some genetic instability.
