悬铃木冬芽休眠过程中内源激素的动态变化研究

摘    要:为了探讨悬铃木冬芽休眠的机理,研究了悬铃木冬芽休眠过程中芽鳞及叶原基的内源激素变化与休眠的关系.结果表明,芽鳞中ABA含量的增加是决定冬芽休眠深度的关键因素,深休眠期的ABA含量最大,ZR/ABA,IAA/ABA,GA3/ABA比值最小.但叶原基休眠的导入仅与ZR/ABA,IAA/ABA关系密切,GA3含量的变化可能与休眠的解除有关.

Abstract:The relationship between dormancy and endogenous hormone inside buds scales and leaf primordium was studied in order to explore the mechanism of winter buds' dormancy in Platanus acerifolia.The results were as follows: ABA content in bud scales was the key factors of deciding the dormancy depth of winter buds.ABA content was the largest,ZR/ABA,IAA/ABA,GA3/ABA was the smallest during deep dormancy.However,the dormancy induction of leaf primordium was closely related to the value of ZR/ABA,IAA/ABA,and GA3 con...
