| 摘 要： | 运用荧光检测法测定了暗纹东方鲀生殖前后性腺中河鲀毒素含量变化的情况。研究结果表明：Ⅵ期卵巢中河鲀毒素含量较Ⅴ期卵巢中的含量显著降低；此法不能测出精巢中河鲀毒素的含量情况。
