摘    要:为了减少环境污染,不杀伤天敌,使Bt制剂能在东北及内蒙古大兴安岭高寒地区应用,1995年,利用复配的Bt增效剂对二龄落叶松毛虫幼虫进行了试验,结果表明:在Bt制剂中加苏云金杆菌液体培养物上清液粉,可明显提高杀虫活性。如果将0.1gBt+0.064g上清液粉与未加上清液粉的Bt制剂均稀释为1000倍液,相比可提高防效13%左右。用Bt制剂与灭幼脲3号混合防治落叶松毛虫二龄幼虫有明显的增效作用。1gB

Abstract:The synergist of Bt preparation was compounded for control of Dandrolimus superans in Northeast areas and Daxing'anling area of Inner Mongolia. 2nd instar larvae of Dendrolimus superans was tested for Bt preparation with different synergist. The results showed that adding upperly clear liquid powder, a liquid culture medium of Bacillus thuringiensis , to Bt preparation could improve insecticide activity obviously. The pest control rate was increased by about 13% when 0.064g liquid powder was added to 0.1g Bt preparation. By mixing with benzoylphenol urea -3(1g BtMP-342 mixed with 2ml benzoylphenol urea -3), the mortality of D. superans ' larvae was 100%, and the control rate increased by 20%. 1g BtMP-342 mixed with 0.5g miticide poison increased control rate by 14%.
