摘    要:人力资源管理从传统的人事管理发展到现在的战略性人力资源管理,对企业的生存和发展发挥着越来越重要的作用。因此,国内外学者也越来越关注对人力资源管理的研究,但在人力资源管理观念上还存在着一些误区。文章阐述了人力资源管理的特点,比较了现代人力资源管理与传统人事管理的区别,从而给人力资源管理重新定位。

Abstract:Human resource management (HRM), which evolves from the traditional personnel management to modern strategic human resource management attaches more and more importance to the survival and development of firms. As a result, scholars at home and abroad are increasingly concerned about the human resources management. However, there are still some misunderstandings in human resources management concepts. Having contrasted the modern human resources management with the traditional personnel management, the paper explains the characteristics of human resources management in order to re-position it.
