摘    要:蜘蛛丝纤维是自然界力学性能最优良的天然纤维蛋白, 所具有的强固性和柔韧性是其他人造纤维材料无法同时比拟的.仿蜘蛛丝研究一直是生物学界的热点,但到目前为止,这项研究还没有获得真正的成功.本文针对仿蜘蛛丝的难点问题,综述蜘蛛丝的机械性能、蜘蛛丝蛋白的一级结构、蜘蛛的吐丝机制研究、仿蜘蛛丝研究的进展和展望了蜘蛛丝的应用前景,以期能为仿蜘蛛丝研究提供有用信息.最后简单介绍了我们仿蜘蛛丝研究的一种新奇的思路.

Abstract:piders spin multiple types of silks that are renowned for their superb mechanical properties and are not paralleled by other synthetic fibers in toughness,a combination of strength and extensibility.The study of imitating spider silks is always a hotspot of biology,but it fail to succeed really until now.In this paper,we reviewed the worldwide research on spider silks,including theirs mechanical properties,primary structure,spinning mechanism,research progress in imitating spider silks and the prospects of extensive application of spider silks in order to provide some valuable messages for the study of imitating spider silks.Finally,we introduced a novel consideration in the study of imitating spider silk.
