秸秆切碎灭茬机的模型研究与参数优化

摘    要:针对双轴击切式秸秆切碎灭茬机破碎秸秆和根茬时存在的问题,提出单轴压切原理和非等长刀切碎模型,并对秸秆切碎灭茬机的关键参数进行了优化设计,该机田间试验表明,秸秆切碎率达91.4%,根茬破碎率达86.5%。

Abstract:Based on the emerged problem in chopping stalks with hit shear way and stubbles with double shafts, the principle of press chopping with single shaft and the chopping model with knives of different radius were put forward. The key parameters of a chopper were optimized. The outcome of field test shows that the rate of stalk chopping is up to 91 4% and that for stubble 86 5%. The application of this chopper can surely promote the technology of reservative tillage in dryland.
