溶血磷脂对安格斯肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:本研究旨在明确在含过瘤胃脂肪饲粮中添加溶血磷脂对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。选用健康且体重(450.2±22.9) kg]相近的安格斯公牛12头,随机分为2组,每组6头。其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,溶血磷脂组饲喂试验饲粮在基础饲粮中额外添加0.05%(干物质基础)溶血磷脂]。试验期为74 d,其中前14 d为预试期,后60 d为正试期。结果表明:1)溶血磷脂组肉牛的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且体重有高于对照组的趋势(P<0.10),但平均日采食量2组间未出现显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,溶血磷脂极显著提高了粗脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.01),显著提高了粗蛋白质的消化率(P<0.05),而干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率均未出现显著变化(P>0.05)。3)在血清抗氧化指标中,与对照组相比,溶血磷脂显著降低了丙二醛含量(P<0.05),但并未对其余指标产生显著影响(P>0.05)。4)在血清代谢指标中,溶血磷脂显著降低了总胆固醇含量(P<0.05),且使碱性磷酸酶活性表现出升高的趋势(P<0.10),对其余指标则无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上可知,饲粮中添加0.05%(干物质基础)的溶血磷脂可以提高安格斯肉牛的平均日增重,促进其对饲粮中脂肪和蛋白质的吸收,增强机体对胆固醇的代谢能力,同时还能提高机体的抗氧化能力,缓解应激。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of adding lysophospholipids to beef cattle diets containing rumen bypass fat on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of Angus beef cattle. Twelve Angus beef cattle with good health condition and similar body weight(450.2±22.9)kg]were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 Angus beefs in each group. Cattle in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in lysophospholipid group were fed a test diet which was containing0.05%(dry matter-based)lysophospholipid in the basal diet. The day of test period was 74 d including 14 d pre-test period and 60 d test period. The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of cattle in the lysophospholipid group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the body weight tended to be higher than that in the control group(P<0.10),but there was no significant difference in the dry matter intake between two groups(P>0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,lysophospholipid extremely significantly increased the apparent digestibility of ether extract(P<0.01). and significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the apparent digestibility of dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber between two groups(P>0.05). 3)Among the serum antioxidant indexes,compared with the control group,lysophospholipid could significantly reduce the malondialdehyde content(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on the other indexes(P>0.05). 4)Among the serum metabolism indexes,lysophospholipid could significantly reduce the total cholesterol content(P<0.05),and tend to increase the alkaline phosphatase activity(P<0.10),but has no significant effects on the other indexes(P>0.05). The results indicate that adding 0.05%(dry matter basis)lysophospholipid to the diet can increase the average daily gain of Angus beef cattle,promote the absorption of fat and protein in the diet,enhance the body’s ability to metabolize cholesterol,and at the same time increase the antioxidant capacity to relieve stress.Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(2):1050-1057]
