泌乳期云南半细毛羊的蛋白质需要量

摘    要:本试验旨在研究泌乳期云南半细毛羊的蛋白质需要量。选择50只预产期接近、体重接近的泌乳期云南半细毛羊,随机分为5组(每组10只),分别饲喂蛋白质水平为8.85%、10.55%、12.49%、14.50%和15.95%的试验饲粮。饲养试验共104 d,其中预试期14 d,每组选择实际产羔日期接近、产后体重接近的8只试验羊进入为期90 d的正试期。分别在正试期的第20、50、80天从每组选择5只母羊进行为期5 d的消化代谢试验。结果显示:1)云南半细毛羊泌乳期蛋白质沉积量RP,g/(kg W0.75·d)]与蛋白质摄入量PI,g/(kg W0.75·d)]间的回归方程为:泌乳第20天,RP=0.425PI-1.916(R2=0.978);泌乳第50天,RP=0.434PI-2.101(R2=0.984);泌乳第80天,RP=0.446PI-2.147(R2=0.998)。方程的截距即母羊每天的内源尿蛋白质和代谢粪蛋白质的损失量,也就是维持净蛋白质需要量,因此云南半细毛羊泌乳第20、50和80天的维持净蛋白质需要量依次为1.916、2.101和2.147 g/(kg W0.75·d)。令方程中RP为0,计算得出泌乳第20、50和80天云南半细毛羊的维持蛋白质需要量依次为4.508、4.841和4.814 g/(kg W0.75·d)。2)云南半细毛羊在泌乳第20、50和80天的乳蛋白含量依次为5.16%、5.09%和5.92%,PI转化为乳蛋白的效率以45.25%计,则每生产1 kg奶所需蛋白质量依次为114.03、112.49和130.83 g。本研究得到了云南半细毛羊泌乳第20、50和80天维持净蛋白质需要量、维持蛋白质需要量及泌乳需要量。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the protein requirement of Yunnan semi?fine wool sheep during lactation period.Fifty Yunnan semi?fine wool sheep during pregnancy period with similar due date and body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 sheep per group.The protein levels for the diets of the 5 groups were 8.85%,10.55%,12.49%,14.50%and 15.95%,respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 104 d with a 14?d preliminary period followed by a 90?d experimental period.In each group,8 experimental sheep with actual similar due date and postpartum weight were selected to enter the experimental period.On the 20th,50th and 80th day of the experimental period,5 sheep were selected from each group and reared in metabolism cage for a 5?d digestion and metabolism trial.The results showed as follows:1)the regression equations between retained proteinRP,g/(kg W0.75·d)]and protein intakePI,g/(kg W0.75·d)]of Yunnan semifine wool sheep on the 20th,50th and 80th day of lactation were:RP=0.425PI-1.916(R2=0.978),RP=0.434PI-2.101(R2=0.984),RP=0.446PI-2.147(R2=0.998).The intercept of the equation was the daily loss of endogenous urine protein and metabolized fecal protein of the ewe,which was the net protein for maintaining(NPm)requirement.Therefore,the NPm requirement for Yunnan semi?fine wool sheep on the 20th,50th and 80th day of lactation were 1.916,2.101 and 2.147 g/(kg W0.75·d).When the RP in the e?quation was 0,the protein for maintaining(Pm)requirements of Yunnan semi?fine wool sheep on the 20th,50th and 80th day of lactation could be calculated,which were 4.508,4.841 and 4.814 g/(kg W0.75·d).2)The milk protein contents of Yunnan semi?fine wool sheep were 5.16%,5.09%and 5.92%on the 20th,50th and 80th day of lactation,and the conversion efficiency of PI into milk protein was calculated at 45.25%,so the protein requirements for lactating were 114.03,112.49 and 130.83 g per kilogram milk,respectively.Thus,the NPm requirement,Pm requirement,and protein requirements for lactating of Yunnan semifine wool sheep on the 20th,50th and 80th day of lactation are obtained in this experiment.Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(2):1128?1139]
