| Abstract: | Modern agricultural parks are the main battlefield of agricultural modernization, the platform and carrier of urban-rural integration development, and the necessary measures to implement the rural revitalization strategy. Problems of development of modern agricultural park in Hebei Province were analyzed in the paper, such as unscientific planning, imperfect financing mechanism, poor land circulation, backward management system, weak demonstration and leading role. Countermeasures for promote development of scaled modern agricultural park in Hebei Province were put forward, i.e., to coordinate the planning of modern agricultural parks, construct the diversified fund raising mechanism, improve the land circulation mechanism, establish the management and operation mechanism of "five centralization and one decentralization", innovate the science and technology demonstration mechanism. |
