| 摘 要： | 瘤胃在反刍动物营养代谢过程中有着不可代替的重要作用，大部分营养物质在瘤胃中消化，然后被消化道吸收利用。瘤胃内环境的稳定是保证瘤胃微生物正常发酵的前提条件。本文综述了瘤胃内环境的特点、调控措施以及评价指标和方法。

| Abstract: | Rumen is extremely important for the ruminants during nutritional metabolic process, most of them are digested in it, and then absorbed by digestive tract .The stability of rumen internal environment is the most essential condition to keep normal fermentable digestion. The article means to show us the character, control measurement and evaluated methods. |
