| 摘 要： | 发展高产高效优质农业是国民经济成长和农业生产持续发展的客观要求。它对于促进农村商品经济的发展，加快农民脱贫致富奔小康步伐具有深远的意义。榆林风沙区发展高产高效优质农业有一定的优质和潜力，在存在一些不利因素。提出的对策是：（１）制订优化的综合配套技术；（２）积极发展水地，建设基本农田；（３）优化品种结构，定排适宜销对路效益高的品种；（４）加强科学技术研究和技术推广工作；（５）走农庄式的多产业集约经营

| Abstract: | The development of agriculture with high yield, high efficiency andfine quality is objectlve claim of national economy growing and sustained develop-ment of agriculture producers, It has profound significance to bring about advance inrural commodity ecomomy and speed up peasant discarding poverty and winningrich. There are certain advantages and potentials for the development of agriculturewith high yleld , high efficiency and fine quality in the wind - sand districts of Yulin.It can not be neglected, however. that there exist some disadvantages restraining thedevelopment of agriculttlre with high yield. hlgh efflclency and fine quality in Yulin.To quicken the development of agriculture. It is very necessary to take the followingcountermeasures: (1) To work out comprehensive necessary technology of high-class. (2) To adopt vigorous rneasures for expanding irrigated land and basic farm-land. (3 )To adjust the structtlre of the commodlties and plan variety of a large saleand high benefit. (4 )To pay attention to the research and extension of agriculturalsclence and technology. (5 )To follow the road of intensive farming of the farm typeand the diversified economy. |
