水稻Rubisco活化酶的提取和纯化

摘    要:利用35%饱和硫酸铵分部沉淀、DEAE-cellulose和MonoQ柱层析等步骤从水稻叶片纯化了 Rubisco活化酶。 SDS-PAGE电泳显示水稻Rubisco活化酶由45kD和41 kD两个亚基组成。 ATP是该 酶活化Rubisco的必需成份。

Abstract:Rubisco 1. 5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase activase was purified from rice leaves by 35% ammonium sulfate fraction, DEAE-cellulose and Mono Q chromatography. SDS-PAGE electrophore- togram showed that Rubisco activase (RCA) was composed of 45 kD and 41 kD subunits. ATP was neces- sary to maintain Rubisco activase activity. Maximal activity of the enzyme was obtained with ATP 1. 5 mmol/L.
