《食品分析》课程实验教学改革的探索与实践

摘    要:通过对《食品分析》实验课程实验内容、教学方法、教学手段、考核方法、职业技能鉴定等五个方面进行教学改革与实践,结果大大激发学生主动学习的积极性,增强学生的科研意识,操作技能增强,教师和学生的一些科技创新成果增加,教学效果良好.

Abstract:The exploration and practices of Food Analysis experiment teaching were carried on, including the teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching means, examination method and professional skill. Through optimizing the teaching reform,we could improve students enthusiasm, improve students scientific research consciousness, enhance students practice skills, increase achievements in scientific and technological innovation of teachers and students and obtain the good teaching effect.
