摘    要:基于某型浮钳盘后制动器建立UG三维模型后,根据该制动器在制动过程中所受力,并考虑边界条件,进行了ANSYS有限元分析,分析得到的应力和变形验证了该型制动器结构设计的合理性。

Abstract:The advantages of disk brake are briefly demostrated in this paper.The 3D modeling of a floating caliper rear brake is built in UG.Then with its boundary conditions during braking,the finite element analysis is applied to it.Based on the analysis,the stress and deformation of the brake during braking are calculated,which signifies that the clamp and bracket's design is successful.
