电控LPG发动机点火提前角标定与优化的研究

摘    要:点火提前角的标定和优化是代用燃料发动机研究开发中的重要环节。ECU通过检测霍尔传感器的上止点参考信号,利用软件延时方式实现点火提前角的调整,并以排放、动力性为优化目标进行标定。以怠速工况为例,对标定结果进行了分析,并表明了点火提前角与怠速转速以及HC、CO、NOx排放量的关系。

Abstract:Ignition timing influences the performance of a LPG fuelled engine strongly,such as power output,emissions and fuel economy. The calibration and optimization of spark timing are very important in alternative fuel engines on R&D. An ECU detects TDC reference signal of Hall sensor and the software delay is used for adjusting spark timing. The spark timing will be calibrated according to emissions and power output. As a result,the relation among spark timing and idle speed and emissions of HC,CO,and NO x were analyzed.
