| 摘 要： | 核酸疫苗因高效、持久、广谱、简便、廉价、无致病性等特点,被作为一种新型的疫苗而得到广泛的研究和应用。核酸疫苗不仅有预防疾病的作用,同时还具有治疗疾病的作用。在不久的将来,核酸疫苗有望成为人类防治疾病的重要手段。笔者对核酸疫苗的构建、免疫机制、接种途径、特点、应用潜在缺陷及前景和展望进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Since the vaccine of nucleic acid appears with efficient,lasting,broad table,simple and convenient,low- price and ron-delivering of illness,it is extensivety researched and applied.The vaccine of nucleic acid not only has the role of prevention disease,at the same time still has the role of treatment of disease.In the future,the vaccine of nucleic acid becomes the important means of the human disease of prevention and cure probably. |
