流苏和香椿种子在盐分胁迫下的发芽研究

摘    要:流苏和香椿都是重要的造林及园林绿化树种 .为了探讨种子的耐盐能力 ,分两种盐分NaCl和NaCl+KCl(1∶1mol浓度 ) 5个处理 0 ,0 2 %、0 4 %、0 6 %、1 0 % ,进行了种子发芽试验 .结果表明 ,两种盐分对种子的发芽率和苗木生长均有一定的抑制作用 ;随着盐分浓度的提高 ,发芽率逐渐下降 ,幼苗生长状况也呈同一趋势 .两个树种都具有一定的耐盐能力 ,在 0 4 %盐分条件下 ,发芽率均在 80 %以上 .与复合盐分相比 ,单一盐分对种子发芽和苗木生长的抑制作用更强 ,说明K+ 的存在能在一定程度上缓解Na+ 的危害 .为了能够比较不同树种在不同盐分条件下的耐盐能力 ,结合本试验 ,提出了耐盐指数的概念 ,它能比较客观地反映植物的耐盐能力 .

Abstract:China. Two tree species, \%Chionanthus retusa\% and \%Cedrela sinensis\% are important ones for forestation and garden greening. In order to test the salinity tolerance of their seeds, an experiment of seed germination under the conditions of two salts—NaCl and NaCl+KCl(1∶1 mol)—with five treatments 0, 0 2%, 0 4%, 0 6%, 1 0% was operated between March and May, 2000 in Shandong Provincial Academy of Forestry in eastern China. The results showed that the two kinds of salts both had harmful influences on seed germination as well as seedling growth. With the rising of salinity concentration, the germination rates decreased, and the seedlings' growing worsened. Nevertheless, the two species were tolerant to salinity to a certain extent. When salt content reached 0 4%, the germination rates all were over 80%. Additionally compared with compound salts (NaCl+KCl), single salt (NaCl) was stronger to hinder seed germination and seedling growth, which indicated that K + could alleviate the negative effect of Na +. To compare salinity tolerance of various plants under different salts, the concept of Index of Salinity Tolerance was put forward based on the experiment, which could reflect objectively salt tolerant capability of plants.
