丁香酚对澳洲长鳍鳗麻醉效果的研究

摘    要:为研究一种适合澳洲长鳍鳗测量、标记、取血等试验操作的麻醉技术,进行了丁香酚对澳洲长鳍鳗麻醉效果的试验。结果表明,丁香酚对澳洲长鳍鳗有较好的麻醉效果(P〈0.05),20~120mg/L浓度平均都可在10min内使其达到麻醉期,且麻醉后平均都能在10min内完成复苏,复苏率达100%。麻醉和复苏所需时间除40、60、80、100mg/L组之间差异不显著外,其他各组间以及其他各组与40、60、80、100mg/L组之间差异均达到显著水平(P〈0.05)。麻醉需时并非总是随丁香酚浓度增加而缩短,浓度从20mg/L提高到30mg/L,平均需时从312.88s下降到252.25s;到40mg/L时,平均需时却陡增至582.00s;浓度40~120mg/L间,麻醉需时总体随丁香酚浓度增加而缩短,与浓度呈较强负相关关系(r=-0.84,P〈0.05),至120mg/L时降至267.50s。麻醉后平均复苏需时以20mg/L最短,为233.50s,30mg/L次之,为420.05s;整体趋势与浓度并不呈明显的线性关系,而是与浓度及麻醉时间均有一定相关(r=0.52,P〈0.05)。可见,丁香酚是安全、有效的澳洲长鳍鳗麻醉剂,浓度20~30mg/L效果最佳,平均可在4~5min达到麻醉期,麻醉后可在4~7min复苏,可满足常规实验操作的需要。

Abstract:Anaesthesia is important in handling large river eels during procedures such as measuring, tagging and surgery. Therefore, the use effects of eugenol as an anaesthetic for the Australian longfinned eel, Anguilld reinhardtii (Steindachner) were investigated with a range of concentrations (10-120 mg/L). The Eugenol at 20-120 mg/L was found to be safe and effective (P〈0.05), which could induce anaesthesia in less than 10 min, and recover after anaesthesia also in less than 10 min with a recovery rate of 100%. The differences in induction times and recovery time were insignificant among 40, 60, 80 and 100 mg/L, but among other groups was significant (P 〈0.05). Average induction time did not always drop as the concentration increased. The induction time decreased from 312.88 s to 252.25 s when the concentration increased from 20 to 30 mg/L, while increased greatly to 582.00 s when the concentration was 40 mg/L. Between 40-120 mg/L, induction time were negatively correlated with concentrations (r =-0.84, P 〈0.05), and dropped again in general along with the increase of concentration. Mean recovery time was the shortest for 20 and 30 mg/L, and shorter for 120 mg/L, and showed definite correlation between anaesthetic concentration and induction time (r = 0.52,P 〈0.05). In conclusion, the eugenol is a safe and effective anaesthetic for the Australian longfinned eel. The anaesthetic concentration (20-30 rag/L) which can induce anaesthesia in 4-5 min in average and recover 4-7 min after anaesthesia is recommended.
