苯酚降解菌的分离、驯化与固定化研究

摘    要:对采自贵阳市乌当区某造纸厂的污泥进行富集、驯化、筛选,最终得到2株能以苯酚为惟一碳源生长的菌株(3#和5#),混合菌株可耐受1.3 g/L左右的苯酚,单一菌株可耐受1.0 g/L的苯酚。经生理生化及形态学鉴定,初步确定为醋杆菌属和假单胞菌属,通过不同pH值,苯酚浓度、温度以及外加碳源、氮源、盐度对菌株降酚能力的影响研究,确定了5#菌株的最佳生长和降酚条件。

Abstract:Two strains-3# and 5#,which can use phenol as the sole carbon source,are isolated by enrichment and domestication of the sludge from a paper mill in Wudang District,Guiyang.The mixed strains can grow in the initial phenol concentration around 1.3 g/L and the single strain can grow in the phenol concentration of 1.0 g/L.The strains were defined Acetobacter sp.and Pseudomonas sp.after the physiological,biochemical and morphological identification.The optimum growth and phenol-degrading condition of 5# strain was determined by investigating effects of different pH,phenol concertration,temperature,external C and N resources,and salt concertration on its phenol-degrading ability.
