| 摘 要： | 就临床自然病例,剖检采取肺、淋巴结、肝脏、脾脏和盲肠,冰冻切片,H.E染色;无菌采取支气管分泌物制做涂片,Gram和Giemsa染色。结果表明:淋巴结、脾脏和盲肠具有猪瘟特征性的病理变化;肺、淋巴结和肝脏则具有传染性胸膜肺炎的特征性病理学变化;在支气管分泌物涂片和肺脏切片上均发现有不同数量的胸膜肺炎放线杆菌。从而对疾病及时作出了确切诊断,为有效的治疗和预防该病的发生提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The clinical case was dissected and examined by observing sections of lung,lymph node,liver,spleen and caecum,and the smear of bronchus secretion.The results indicated that the lymph node,spleen and caecum had the pathological changes with swine fever characteristic,the lung,lymph node and liver had the pathological changes with infectious pleuropneumonia characteristic and the ray fungus of pleuro-pneumonia was observed on the smear of bronchus secretion and lung section.The effective treatment and prevention was provided on the scientific basis by the accurate diagnosis in time. |
