外源一氧化氮供体对高温胁迫下 梨叶片膜脂过氧化的影响

摘    要:用0.4mmol/L外源一氧化氮供体(SNP)预先处理梨叶片,3d后进行高温胁迫,10h后开始测定各种指标。结果表明,经0.4mmol/LSNP处理的梨叶片愈创木酚过氧化物酶(GPX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和过氧化物酶(POD)|超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高。脂氧合酶(LOX) 活性下降。说明较低浓度的SNP溶液可缓解高温对梨叶片的伤害作用。

Abstract:By using 0.4 mmol/L SNP to deal with the pear leaves before hand, after 3d stress them with High temperature. The in dividual figures were them taken after 10h. The result shows that using SNP in the density of 0.4 mmol/L to treat the diseased pear leave can raise the activity of GPX,GX ,POD,SOD, CATand reduce the activity of LOX . It can de initially confirmed that SNP in a relatively low density can palliate harm to pear leaves unser Hidh temperature stress .
