| 摘 要： | 以棉籽壳废菌料、草炭、蛭石按体积1∶1∶1的比例配成复合基质,分别加入不同用量的保水剂,进行番茄穴盘育苗试验。结果表明在一定浓度范围内,番茄出苗率随着保水剂用量的增加而增加,保水剂用量达到2%后,出苗率开始下降;保水剂用量1%时,番茄植株最高;茎粗随着保水剂用量的增加而增加;在1%～1.5%用量下,番茄壮苗指数、幼苗叶绿素含量、根系活力和光合速率均较高。综合分析可知,适宜的保水剂用量可以提高番茄出苗率和秧苗质量,本试验以保水剂用量1%处理最好。

| Abstract: | The mixture substrate containing the abandoned cottonseed,peat and vermiculite with the volume ratio of 1∶1∶1 was supplemented with different rates of water retaining agent,and then was used for the culture of tomato seedlings in plug.The results showed that the emergence rate of tomato increased with the increase of water retaining agent rate and began to decrease when its application rate got to 2%;with the application rate of 1%,the plant height reached the maximum;and the stem diameter increased with the increase of water retaining agent rate;with the application rate of 1.0% ～ 1.5%,the seedling index,chlorophyll content,root activity and photosynthetic rate were higher.In a word,the proper water retaining agent rate could improve the emergence rate and seedling quality,and the optimum water retaining agent rate was 1%. |
