摘    要:利用AFLP分子标记技术分析了25份甘蓝型油菜品种的遗传多样性.9对AFLP引物扩增出193条带,其中,73条呈多态性,多态性比率为38%.每对引物检测出的平均等位基因数为3.56,有效等位基因数为1.41.基因多样性、香农指数和遗传差异分别为0.25、0.62和0.39.在遗传相似系数0.66处,所有的甘蓝型油菜可分为3个类群,遗传相似系数表明,橄榄型油菜表现出丰富的遗传多样性.UPGMA聚类分析表明,品种间的亲缘关系与种质性状或来源关系不明显.

Abstract:AFLP markers were applied to assess genetic diversity and relationships among 25 B.napus cultivars.Nine AFLP primer combinations generated 193 fragments,of which 73 were polymorphic.The polymorphic rate was 38%.The average number of observed alleles per locus was 3.56,while the mean number of effective alleles was 1.41.Gene diversity,Shannon' s information index,and genetic differentiation were 0.25,0.62,and 0.39,respectively.At a genetic similarity coefficient of 0.66,all B.napus cultivars could be divided into three groups.A wide range of similarity coeffcient value suggested that the investigated B.napus germplasm collection represented a genetically diverse population.UPGMA cluster analysis revealed that no apparent clustering by traits or original locations.
