宁夏枸杞花粉原位萌发及花粉管生长特性的研究

摘    要:对宁杞1号、宁杞3号、白花3个宁夏枸杞品种自花及异花授粉后花粉管行为进行了荧光显微观察.结果表明,自花授粉宁杞1号及杂交组合在12-24 h花粉管均可进入子房中并在48 h内到达胚珠完成受精,自花授粉宁杞3号和白花花粉的柱头萌发时间较自交亲和的宁杞1号延后,在花柱中生长速度及停止生长的位置不同,白花自花授粉后花粉管在花柱中生长慢,在花柱基部即不再生长,宁杞3号自花授粉后花粉管在花柱中生长快且花粉管生长进入子房,异花授粉后在相同时间花粉管生长较自交亲和的宁杞1号自花授粉后生长快,这与田间授粉坐果率的高低基本一致.

Abstract:The self-and cross-pollination behavoirs of 3 Lycium barbarum Ningqi1,Ningqi3,Baihua were observed by fluorescence microscopy.The results showed that the pollen tube of self-pollination Ningqi1 and cross-pollination combination could enter the germen from 12 to 24 h and integrate with the ovule,and achieve fecundation in 48 h.The germination time of self-pollination Ningqi3 and Baihua was longer than that of self-pollination Ningqi1,and its growth speed and stop position of pollen tube in style were differe...
