福建长汀小米椒病毒病的病原鉴定

摘    要:1987—1988年从小米椒的主要产地长汀县采回具有花叶、叶片斑驳、皱缩、畸形.叶脉肿大、黄化、小叶和侧枝丛生等病株的标样189份,经5科10种鉴别寄主的传染性试验、血清学反应(酶联免疫吸附测试)和电子显微镜观察,鉴定出4种小米椒病毒病原:马铃薯 X 病毒(PVX),马铃薯 Y 病毒(PVY),烟草花叶病毒(TMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV).其中复合感染的样本占42.9%,病毒病原为 PVX,PVY 2种或 PVX,PVY,TMV 3种病毒的复合感染,其中以 PVX,PVY TMV 3种病毒感染占优势,为29.75%,是为害小米椒的主要毒源种类;单独浸染的样本88份,占46.6%,其中 PVX 占18.1%,PVY13.9%,TMV9.06%,CMV5.5%;未知病原样本20份占10.6%.

Abstract:In 1987-1988,189 samples with mosaic,mottle,leaf distortion,crinkle,vein swelling,yellow,little leaf or witches were obtained from the major producing area of pod pepper in Changting County.The 189 samples of the affected pod peppers were tested on the basis of virus infectivity test,serological reaction(Enzyme-link Immunosorbent assay)and virus particle morphology.Potato virus X(PVX),Potato virus Y(PVY),tobacco mosaic vi- rus(TMV)and cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)were identified.Among the total samples,81 samples were infected mixedly by two kinds of viruses,PVX,and PVY,or three kinds of vi- ruses,PVX,PVY and TMV,with average incidences of 42.2%.Three kinds of mixed infec- tion of PVX,PVY,TMV were predominant viruses with average incidences of 29.75%. Eight-nine samples were infected singly by PVX,PVY,TMV or CMV,18.1% samples by PVX,13.9% by PVY,9.06% by TMV,5.5% by CMV,respectively.Besides,10.7% of samples remained unknown.
