玉米全粉生物可降解塑料餐盒的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以玉米全粉、CO2树脂和EVA为原料,制备生物可降解塑料餐盒,并通过材料力学等测试,进一步研究了以玉米全粉制备生物降解餐盒的物理性能、卫生指标和生物降解性能.结果表明,用玉米全粉生产生物可降解餐盒在成本上、加工环境上,力学性能、降解性能上都优于淀粉生物可降解餐盒;用C02树脂与EVA配比使餐盒质量进一步提高,且其最佳配比为3∶1.
