| 摘 要： | 目前我国营养法规尚存在空白,要保障食品质量安全,必须建立较完善的营养法规．首先要制定“营养改善法”．要加强食品微生物的研究,使食品企业正确掌握预防和控制有害微生物的技术．规范国家标准中的微生物指标体系,大中型食品企业应全面实施HACCP体系．

| Abstract: | The nutrition rule of China still exits a gap at present. Perfect nutrition rule must be built to ensure the safety of food quality. Firstly, the "Nutritional Improvement Rule" must be made. The research on food microorganisms must be strengthened to make the food corporations master the technique of preventing and controlling harmful microorganisms properly. The microbiological indicator of national standard should be standardized and the HACCP system should be carried out in the large and medium corporations comprehensively. |
