玉米自交系8个数量性状的配合力分析

摘    要:用 1 9个玉米自交系按不完全双列杂交配成 90个组合 ,对这 90个组合的玉米籽粒产量等 8个数量性状的配合力进行了研究。结果表明 ,P1 组中 1 68、1 64、1 63、1 69和 1 65等自选系的一般配合力高。P2 组中为H3、H8、H6和 H7的一般配合力高。特殊配合力效应达到极显著的是穗长和穗行数。籽粒产量为正效应 ,其穗长也是高特殊配合力效应的为 1 61× H7等 9个组合 ,其穗行数也为高特殊配合力效应的为 1 61× H6等 9个组合。

Abstract:By using nineteen inbred lines of maize,ninety crosses were made according to incomplete diallel crosses,eight quantitive characters,such as the combining ability of grain yield etc.were studied.The result indicated that the general combining ability of 168,164,163,169 and 165 in P1 group was higher than those,and general combining ability of H3,H8,H6 and H7 in P2 group was higher than those.Effect value of specific combining ability of ear lengh and row numbers per ear in eight characters had significant difference at P=0.01.Grain yield had positive effect value,and that ear lengh had the higher effect value of specific combining ability than those,had 161×H7 etc.nine crosses,that row numbers per ear had the higher effect value of specific combining ability than those,had 161×H6 etc.nine crosses.
