摘 要: | 铬作为葡萄糖耐受因子的重要活性成分,可以刺激胰岛素与跨膜胰岛素受体结合,增强胰岛素活性,并参与碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质和核酸代谢。本文主要综述铬的研究概况、营养调控机制及吸收转运模式。

Abstract: | As an critical active constituent of glucose tolerance factor(GTF),Chromium can stimulate the binding of insulin to transmembrane protein insulin receptor,potentiate insulin activity.Chromium also participate in carbohydrate,lipid,protein,and nucleic acid metabolism.This article mainly reviewed the research situation,nutrition mechanism,absorption and transport of Chromium. |
