小麦种子水分胁迫萌发的基因差异表达

摘    要:旱选10号为材料,以PEG-6000为胁迫荆,利用DDRT-PCR技术研究了种子芽期水分胁迫处理和对照材料在mRNA表达上的差异。获得的5个差异表达片段,在处理前后表达丰度均呈增加趋势,并为反向Northern点杂交所验证。经查询,2个片段与GenBank中已知基因有较高同源性,3个片段与已知的EST序列同源。

Abstract:In this paper, wheat variety HanxuanlO was used as a plant material and PEG-6000 solution as water stress agent. The differential expression of mRNA of the samples between the treatments and the control during the seed germination was analyzed with DDRT-PCR method. 5 differential expressed cDNA Fragments were obtained from differential expression. All of them were progression-elevated type, and were further certified with Reverse Northern dot blot. Through querying GenBank, two Fragments were highly homologous to the known genes, and three to ESTs with unknown function.
