摘    要:小麦白粉病是小麦生产的主要病害之一、应用抗病品种是防治该病的十分经济、有效的措施。近年来分子标记技术的发展为小麦抗白粉病基因的研究提供了极大的方便。目前为止,小麦基因组中已定名抗白粉病基因31个.其中对20个基因位点的25个抗白粉病基因进行了标记和作图。本文对小麦抗白粉病基因染色体定位、来源、评价利用及其分子标记研究现状进行了综述,并对分子标记在小麦抗病遗传育种中的应用进行了探讨。

Abstract:Powdery mildew, caused by Erysiphe graminis DM f. sp. tritici (Em. Marchal), is one of the most important diseases of common wheat world-wide. Growing resistant cultivars has proved to be an economical and effective approach to control this disease. Molecular markers have been widely used in the studies on (powdery) mildew resistance genes in wheat. Up to now, 31 gene loci (Pm1-Pm31) for resistance to (powdery) mildew have been identified and located on different chromosomes, of which 25 alleles from 20 loci were (successfully) tagged or mapped. The chromosomal location, the sources, evaluation and (utilization), and (molecular) markers of wheat (powdery) mildew resistant genes were reviewed in this paper. At the same time, (application) of molecular markers on breeding for disease resistance was discussed.
