| 摘 要： | 通过对四川盆周山区平武县退耕还林的基本情况进行调查,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,对其生态补偿特征进行分析,结果表明,农户对退耕补偿的依赖程度有区域性,生态补贴缓解了农户在产业结构调整中面临的生存压力,退耕农户利益得到持续保障是稳定退耕还林成果的关键因素;农户对还耕地中林木处置权的实现感到困难,"成效验收"生态补偿模式能调动农户的积极性。研究结果可为下一步退耕生态补偿的调整和实施提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of Grain for Green Project in basin area of Pingwu County in Sichuan Province,I used methodology of both quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluation the ecological compensation of the project.It showed that the extent of dependence of the project varied in areas.Since the fund from compensation alleviated the pressure more or less in adjustment of structure in agriculture production,the farmers were able to benefit from sustained profit from the project,thus this was key fa... |
