| 摘 要： | 中共中央国务院关于推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》指出:解决“三农”问题的根本途径,就是要按照统筹城乡发展的要求,一方面进一步加速工业化、城镇化和市场化进程;另一方面则是要在非农化、工业化和城镇化加速发展的基础上大力开展新农村建设。通过对北京市都市农业发展城乡一体化研究,结合北京都市农业发展实践和存在的问题,提出了北京都市农业六大优势产业: 设施农业、籽种农业、加工农业、创汇农业、观光农业和农业科技产品及服务产业。

| Abstract: | CPC Central Committee and State Council on promoting the building of new socialist countryside views, said： Solving the ＂three rural＂ issue a fundamental way, that is, in accordance with the requirements of urban and rural development, on the one hand to further accelerate the industrialization, urbanization and marketization process. On the other hand, is to non-farming, industrialization and urbanization speed up the development on the basis of vigorously carried out the new rural construction？ The identification of predominance agricultural sectors was based on the analysis of unification and integration of urban and rural area of Beijing with surrounding area. As result, the six predominant agricultural sectors were identified, including protected agriculture, seed production, agricultural product-processing, export agriculture, visiting agriculture. |
