黄海南部、东海北部黄鮟鱇的繁殖生物学特性

摘    要:黄鮟鱇雌鱼初次性成熟体长为293 mm,初次性成熟年龄为1.5龄。繁殖季节为2-5月,以4-5月为盛产期。雌鱼成熟系数在4月达到最大,5月次之,雄鱼成熟系数在5月最大。其绝对繁殖力介于(3.11~14.1)×105粒之间,平均为(6.74±2.87)×105粒,相对繁殖力(F/L)为883~2 153粒/mm,平均为(1 521±581)粒/mm,相对繁殖力(F/W)为181~426粒/g,平均为(264±76)粒/g。对Ⅳ期卵巢132颗卵细胞的直径测定结果显示,卵径范围为1.30~1.76 mm,平均为(1.59±0.19)mm,明显的1个峰值出现在1.575~1.625 mm,占总卵粒数的33.3%,其卵径分布不均匀,应属于一次性产卵类型。

The Reproductive Biology of Lophius litulon in the Northern East China Sea and the Southern Yellow Sea

Abstract:The body-length of Lophius litulon mature female was longer than 293 mm which the age was 1.5 years old.The spawning season was from February to May,with April and May as the reproduction peak period.The GSI of female attained highest during April and then during May,while the male attained highest during May.The absolute fecundity of L.litulon was from(3.11-14.1)×105 eggs,with an average of(6.74± 2.87)×105 eggs.The relative fecundity of L.litulon(F/L) was 883-215 3 eggs/mm,with an average of 1 521±581 eggs/mm,and the relative fecundity of L.litulon(F/W) was 181-462 eggs/g,with an average of(264± 76) eggs/g.The diameters of 132 oocytes sampled from a mature female of L.litulon,it ranged from 1.32-1.76 mm,with an average of(1.59±0.19) mm and 33.3% of oocytes ranged between 1.575 to 1.625 mm.It was inferred from the egg-diameter distribution that L.litulon should be regarded as total spawning.
