LED汽车前照灯的散热机理与模拟

摘    要:利用热电制冷原理对LED汽车的前照灯进行系统散热模拟,研究LED的结温,半导体制冷器的工作状态,散热器热阻之间的关系。模拟结果表明,利用多级半导体制冷给汽车LED前照灯散热比较有实用价值。

Abstract:Based on the principle of thermoelectric refrigeration, simulates the heat dissipation of automotive LED headlamp and investigates the relationship among the LED junction temperature, refrigerator working state, and heat resistance of heat sink. The simulation results show that using the mutistage semi-conductor refrigerator to cool the automotive LED headlamp is significant.
