摘    要:以黑龙江省农业科学院玉米研究所创造的龙早群为试材,研究了高抗玉米丝黑穗病种质创新及相关的分子标记筛选和验证.结果表明:对龙早群按S1和半同胞综合选择法进行轮回选择选育出15份田间接种发病达到高抗水平的材料;利用复合杂交技术在接种鉴定条件下,通过自交、回交等方法选育出6份高抗丝黑穗病、高配合力、优质、农艺性状优良的玉米自...

Abstract:Developing new germplasm on head smut of maize and testing the correlative markers were studied using Longzao population that created by Maize Research Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The result showed that 15 materials high resistance on head smut germplasm were created through the recurrent selection by S1 and half-sib selection,and 6 new inbred lines were created by complex cross,and their characters were high resistance on head smut,high combining ability,good quality.In the same time 3 new molecular markers were created,in order to test the high resistance on head smut germplasm.
