摘    要:以生长旺盛的东方蓼嫩茎的腋芽为材料,对腋芽的生长、分化、生根和移栽进行了研究,建立起东方蓼的无性系。结果证明:1/2 MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L是诱导腋芽生长的理想培养基;MS+BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L是生长芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/3 MS+IAA 0.6 mg/L是分化芽生根和生根继代培养的理想培养基;炉灰渣是试管苗移栽的理想基质。

Abstract:A study on growth, differentiation, rooting and transplanting of axillary bud and establishment of asexual system of polygonum orientale was conducted. The results indicated that the ideal medium for growth and differentiation of buds were 1/2 MS + BA 0.5 mg/L + IAA 0.5 mg/L and MS + BA 0.4 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L respectively. The medium of 1/3 MS + IAA 0.6 mg/L was suitable for rooting. The cinder was ideal media for transplanting.
