桑螟对氨基甲酸酯类农药的抗性调查

摘    要:应用浸叶法,调查了浙江省五个蚕区的桑螟对氨基甲酸酯类农药抗性和抗性个体频率分布。结果表明浙江省五个蚕区的桑螟抗性水平处于三个级别;长兴桑螟抗性倍数1.3倍,属敏感;湖州市区,嘉兴秀洲,海宁等地桑螟抗性倍数分别是3.3,4.2,4.1倍,属敏感性降低;桐秀苗区抗性倍数为7.6倍,属低水平抗性,针对不同抗性水平,治理策略是:在敏感和敏感性降低地区可继续推广使用氨基甲酸酯类农药,但每年使用次数不能超过两次,每次用药量应严格控制。全年桑园治虫安排时,应选择不同类型农药轮用或混用,延缓桑螟抗性发展。低水平抗性地区应暂时停止该药使用。促使抗性下降。

Abstract:Leaf soaking method was used to investigate the resistance of mulberry pyralid to the pesticides of ammonium methyl ester and the frequency distribution of the resistance individual in the five main sericulture area in Zhejiang province.Eperimental results showed that its resistance to pesticides in the five places could be divided into three different levels.The pesticides resistance index in the Changxing county was 1.3,it was the sensitive area.The pesticides resistance index in Huzhou City area,Xiuzhou area of Jiaxing City.Haining City were 3.3,4.2,4.1 respectively,these places were considered as low sensitive regions.The pesticides resistance index in the Tongxiang to the different resistance to the pesticides, following rules could be adopted to control and prevent the pyralid: ammnium methyl ester pesticides could be continuously used in the sensitive and low sensitive areas but not more than twice a year and the dosage should be controlled strictly, however, in the high resistance area, this kind of pesticides should stop using temporarily so as to decrease the pesticide resistance.
