| 摘 要： | 光电子产业作为新兴的高科技产业在21世纪必将有巨大的发展，对人类产生深远的影响。发展光电子产业不仅能促进我国的经济发展，而且能增强我国的核心竞争力，使我国在21世纪的知识经济时代实现腾飞。发展光电子产业，要根据光电子产业发展的特点，制定符合我国国情的战略、方针和政策，保证光电子产业在我国成功发展。

| Abstract: | The photoelectron industry, as a branch of high science and technology, is developing very fast in the 21st century and will exert a far-reaching influence oil the human beings. The development of photoelectron industry in China will not only help our economy to flourish in the knowledge economy age of the 21st century, but also strengthen our key competitive power in the world. To ensure a successful development of the photoelectron industry in China we must make a strategic policy in accordance with the situation of China and the characteristics of the industry. |
