| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育招生和就业体制的改革，高等教育的规模不断扩大，社会发展对高等学校人才培养从量的要求逐渐转变成为质量的提升，质量成为社会和大众关注的焦点。本文对影响当前普通高等院校人才培养质量的自身因素进行了深入探析并提出了应对的措施。
