| 摘 要： | 在经济及社会保障尚未做好准备的情况下，我国已进入了老龄化社会。随着家庭核心化以及老年人寿命的延长、年轻人工作压力的增大，这种4一2一1的家庭结构模式使得传统的家庭养老模式受到了极大的挑战。特别是我国城市的老年人的照料和需求等养老问题表现得越来越突出。本文旨在对家庭养老、机构养老和社区照顾的三种模式做一个简单的比较分析:不同的赡养模式的优势和不足，以便试图提出在目前的境况下的一个以社区照顾为本的城市老人赡养模式。

| Abstract: | China has been an aging nation while economy and social security are still not well prepared. Owing to dwindling household, longer longevity and increasing work pressure of care givers, the 4 - 2 - I inverted pyramid - shape family structure greatly impacted support - parents - at -home pattern. The problems related to urban elderly support protrude especially the elderly'' s care and needs. The thesis aims at a comparison of three patterns: family elderly support, organizational elderly support & community care and their respective pros and cons, attempting to advance a community based elder - support pattern. |
