| 摘 要： | 医务工作者医德品质的形成和发展具有内在的规律性。这一规律要求医德教育必须根据医务工作者成长过程的不同阶段，采取不同的方法和途径，有步骤有重点地进行。在此过程中，医学院校与医院应齐心协力，加强合作，特别要注重临床学习阶段的医德教育，防止医德教育的脱节和由此造成的医德品质的滑坡，促使社会医德风尚的整体改观。

In order to make good effect, schools and hospitals shoed make concerted effort on it, especially pay more attention to iatrical moral education in the course of clinic. |
