| 摘 要： | 从“无法无天”到“有法可依”和从有法可依到有良法可依是中国当代法制文明发展巾的两次重大飞跃。本文认为,江泽民同志的三个代表不仅是制定和衡量各项建设事业先进与否的标准,而且也是衡量法律良、恶的标准。在此基础上,文中提出了立“良法”的六条有效途径。

| Abstract: | There have been two great leaps forward in the legislation of contemporary China: from the stage when there were no laws to follow to the stage when there were laws to follow and to the stage when there are good laws to follow. This article holds that Jiang Zeming''s thought of "Three representations" is the criteria not only for the evaluation of socialist construction in every field, but also for the evaluation of the current legislation in China. Based on this point of view, the writer puts forward six ways out for the making of good laws. |
