| 摘 要： | 国有企业的唯一出路是改革，改革的方向是建立现代企业制度，随着企业转制的逐步深入，必将对我国经济走向及其发展产生质的影响，也将给我国商业银行发展带来现实和深远的影响。木文将就国有企业的现状及历史成因:银企关系的现状及其历史沿革;企业转制对商业银行发展的影响以及商业银行的对策等几个方面加以讨论。

| Abstract: | State - owned enterprises'' only way is reforming, it is to set up Mordent enterprise systems, with the gradual entrance of enterprises'' transformation, it''ll play an important role on our nation'' s economy and on Commercial Banks. The article will discuss sonic problems in status quo and historical cause of state - owned enterprises; now conditions and history of relations between banks and enterprises; influences of enterprises'' transformation on the development of Commercial Banks and Commercial Banks'' reactions. |
