肺炎克雷伯氏菌毒力因子及其基因组学研究进展

摘    要:肺炎克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)属于肠杆菌科、克雷伯菌属,在人和动物肠道、呼吸道以及水、土壤、林产品和农产品中广泛存在,肺炎克雷伯氏菌作为一种机会致病菌,是目前公认的导致人和动物发病的重要革兰阴性菌。该菌可引起宿主感染肺炎、肝脓肿、脑膜炎、肠炎、子宫炎、乳腺炎及败血症。此外,随着测序技术的发展,全基因组序列分析已经广泛应用于探究肺炎克雷伯氏菌入侵以及抵抗宿主免疫系统引起致病的研究。对肺炎克雷伯氏菌毒力因子荚膜(Capsule)、脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharides,LPS)、菌毛(Fimbriae)、外膜蛋白(Outer membrane proteins)、铁载体(Siderophores)、尿囊素(Allantoin)代谢相关因子及其基因组学研究进展进行综述,并对肺炎克雷伯氏菌研究中的一些问题进行探讨。

Abstract:Klebsiella pneumoniae belongs to the Klebsiella genus of the Enterobacteriaceae, which is commonly associated with opportunistic infections and frequently isolated from respiratory and intestinal of human and animal, water, soil, forest products and agricultural products. As a commonly acknowledged pathogenic bacterium, K. pneumoniae has caused serious infection, including pneumonias, liver abscess, meningitis, enteritis, hysteritis, mastitis and septicemia, in human and animal. Besides, with the development of DNA sequencing technology, the mechanism of K. pneumoniae invades the host''s immune system and causes disease has been revealed by whole genome sequencing. This review covers aspects of virulence factors (lipopolysaccharide, fimbriae, outer membrane proteins, siderophores and allantoin metabolism related factors) and genomics of K. pneumoniae. Meanwhile, some problems in research of K. pneumoniae have been discussed in this paper.
