| 摘 要： | 实行依法治国，关键在于提高公民的法律素质。大学生是末来法治社会的主体，培养大学生的法律素质是依法治国、市场经济和我国入世的必然要求。木文从提高大学生的法理认识、培养宪法意识、法律权利与义务对等意识和依法办事能力四个方面阐述了对大学生进行法律素质的培养问题

| Abstract: | The key to carrying out the policy of running a country according to law lies in raising the civic legal quality. The college students are main force in future society ruled by law. Cultivating legal quality of the college students is the inevitable requirements of the policy of running a country according to law, the market economy and the entry of our country into WT0. This paper probes into the cultivation of legal quality of college students from four respects: the understanding of legal theory, constitution consciousness, legal rights and obligations consciousness and the ability to handle affairs according to law. |
