| 摘 要： | 家族制制约着民营经济的进一步发展。为促进民营经济可持续发展，我们必须加快家族企业向现代企业的转变。一方而，必须改革产权制度，实现自然人产权制度向法人产权制度的转变;另一方而，必须改革管理制度，实现投资人管理模式向职业经理人管理模式的转变。

| Abstract: | Family Organization Structure restricts the sustainable development of non - government economy. In order to promote the sustainable development of non - government economy, we must transfer the family business to the modern enterprises. On one hand, We must reform the property right system, and transform the natural person property right system into legal person property right system; On the other hand, we must reform our administrative system, and turn the investor management model into professional management model. |
