| 摘 要： | 对农村基层干部考核中的＂德考＂进行了研究,结果表明,加强和完善农村基层干部道德考核体系建设,需要建立一套可遵守的制度,并提出了建立干部道德考核档案、畅通群众参与渠道、重视考核结果的运用等措施。

| Abstract: | Moral evaluationin rural grassroots cadres evaluation was studied,the results indicated that a set of system what can de observed was established to strengthen and perfect the construction of rural cadres moral evaluation system,moreover,establishing moral evaluation files of cadres,expediting channels for masses and paying attention to the use of assessment results were put forward. |
