| 摘 要： | 结合我国水权和水权交易的特点,基于资产评估收益法的理论提出了水权交易价值评估的收益法模型,并对收益额、折现率和收益期限等重要参数进行了说明,为水权交易价值评估提供了一种新思路、新方法。

| Abstract: | Taking characters of water right and water right transaction of China into consideration,on the basis of theory of property appraisal profit law,the profit law model was put forward for value assessment model of water right transaction and its important parameters,such as profit amount,discount rate and profit deadline,were explained.This model provided a new train of thought and method for value assessment of water right transaction. |
